      Try vitamin 500 mg thrice daily. Even the chewable ones will do! Google for safe doses and then ask your doc. There could also be other factors making it worse, so sleep, eat well - quality as well as quantity!

      @@sadvibez12le30 If it's keepingoutin eating or sleeping at all, I to are throwing up, have diarrhea and/or fever, you should go to the EE. It's been 2 months period do you still have the pain? Is it in your abdomen only or does it go to your back as well? Maybe you're carrying something too heavy or have injured yourself somehow did you have a fall or do you carry a super heavy backpack to school? If any of those are the case maybe you should Google those items and you can find something that may equate to you and show it to your mom. If you go to the ER and don't have insurance they will bill you later and you can pay back $5 a month if you want. If you if you can't go to the ER talk to your school nurse. even if you don't do it in person and you're doing online learning you can always email the school nurse and ask her.

    I as a Mc Therapist remembered this video, when whe spoke in our team of a Pain Clinic about a patiënt suffering of longstanding undiagnosable stomach pain. Told them I wanted to see her. And yes the pain was also mechanical! Painfree in the first visit for a short moment. She had pain lifting her left knee, I suppose from the myotoom of psoas major. Then in more sesions we got control about the derangement on L2-3, which was difficult, but whe managed it finallly with help of flexion restricting sport tape on her back. She is now very happy. So thank you for posting this, you helped a patient in Holland (Europe) with this, and I still learned something new after being for so many years in the wonderfull world of McKenzie! Thank you!

    The clinician's right hand is placed pointing up the spine, in a manner that can apply some pressure against the patient's effort to raise up. My understanding is the hand should be rotated so it is not doing this.

    • @samthomas2058
      @samthomas2058 7 лет назад

      "apply some pressure against the patient's effort to raise up"- is that not essentially what we are trying to do? Having recently done Part A: Lumbar Spine, they are now instructing BOTH hands to be orientated cranially, for the very reason you mentioned, and more simply for symmetry in contact pressure/mobilisation.
